4. Prohibited Activities

  • Create fake or fraudulent accounts

4.4 Automation Abuse

  • TikTok Community Guidelines
  • TikTok Commercial Content Policy

5.2 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • Reviewing and understanding platform policies
  • Ensuring your content complies with platform requirements
  • Monitoring changes to platform policies
  • Consequences of policy violations

5.3 Platform Changes

Social Platforms may change their policies at any time. You must stay informed and adapt your usage accordingly.

6. Content Responsibility

6.1 Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that content you publish is:

  • Factually accurate (when presenting facts)
  • Properly attributed (when using others' work)
  • Clearly labeled (when presenting opinions or sponsored content)

6.2 Legal Compliance

You must ensure content complies with:

  • Advertising standards and disclosure requirements
  • Industry-specific regulations (e.g., health claims, financial advice)
  • Regional laws and regulations
  • Platform-specific advertising policies

6.3 Review Before Publishing

You agree to:

  • Review all AI-generated content before publishing
  • Verify accuracy and appropriateness
  • Make necessary edits or corrections
  • Take responsibility for published content

7. Professional Standards

7.1 Business Use

If using the Service for business purposes, you agree to:

  • Follow applicable business and advertising regulations
  • Disclose sponsored or promotional content when required
  • Respect consumer protection laws
  • Maintain professional standards

7.2 Influencer Marketing

If you are an influencer or content creator, you must:

  • Disclose brand partnerships and sponsored content

If you collect user data through your content, you must:

8. Rate Limiting and Fair Use

8.1 Reasonable Use

You agree to use the Service in a reasonable manner that:

  • Follows suggested posting frequency guidelines
  • Respects platform rate limits
  • Does not abuse free tier limitations (if applicable)

8.2 Posting Frequency

We recommend following these guidelines to maintain account health:

  • Instagram: Maximum 5 posts per hour, 25 per day
  • TikTok: Maximum 10 posts per day
  • Allow minimum 5-10 minutes between posts

Excessive posting may trigger platform restrictions.

9. Enforcement

9.1 Violations

If you violate this AUP, we may:

  • Temporarily suspend your account
  • Permanently terminate your account
  • Report violations to relevant authorities
  • Take legal action if appropriate
